UNITED LEGAL PROS – LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

1. Appointment of Agent

hereby appoint United Legal Pros, Inc., (“Agent”) to act for me solely for the limited purpose described in Section 2 below.

2. Scope of Authority This Limited Power of Attorney authorizes United Legal Pros to sign and submit legal documents on my behalf only as it relates to the legal service that I have hired them for. This authority does not extend to making legal decisions for me, representing me in court, or providing me with legal advice.

3. No Legal Advice Provided I understand and agree that United Legal Pros is not a law firm and its employees are not attorneys. Nothing in this agreement should be interpreted as legal advice. I have been advised to consult with a licensed attorney if I need legal advice or representation.

4. Eeffctive Date and Duration This Limited Power of Attorney becomes eLective upon signing and will remain in eLect until completion of service or “revoked by me in writing”, whichever occurs first.

5. Revocation I may revoke this Limited Power of Attorney at any time by providing written notice to United Legal Pros

I have read and understood this document. I understand the limits of the authority I am granting and voluntarily sign this document.
