Whether you need on-demand paralegal services for overflow work or prefer a flexible monthly package, we’re here to help. Our monthly packages can include a set number of paralegal hours, court filing services, and process serving, all tailored to your firm’s unique workflow and budget.

We also serve the public by offering affordable, flat-rate legal document preparation through our team of registered Legal Document Assistants (LDAs). LDAs are non-lawyer professionals authorized under California law to assist with preparing, filing, and serving legal documents at the direction of the client. Unlike attorneys, LDAs cannot provide legal advice or represent clients in court, but they are a valuable and economical option for those who know what they need and are simply seeking help navigating the paperwork. All LDAs at United Legal Pros have completed an American Bar Association-approved educational program, obtained a bond, and are officially registered with the county, in accordance with California Business and Professions Code §§ 6400–6415.

It’s important to distinguish between LDAs and paralegals. Paralegals must work under the supervision of a licensed attorney and are not permitted to assist the general public independently. They do not require registration, bonding, or certification to operate but are trained to support legal work performed by law firms.
